About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic planning process to develop real, rounded, and actionable insights.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor Directors and their teams to achieve strategic brilliance.
- Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts to drive initiatives.
- Shape and evolve the Strategic Planning department to meet evolving digital demands.
- Integrate traditional marketing knowledge with deep digital trends and client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and market trends.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Account Planning experience.
- Proven agency experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising.
- Deep appreciation of the digital space with practical activation experience.
- Strong leadership and mentorship experience, with a track record of managing large teams or departments.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to influence clients and agency stakeholders.
