VP, Strategic Markets Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements and drive directional strategy.
• Lead reengineering efforts in business methodology, strategy, and organizational goals.
• Manage resource allocation and lead teams to develop solutions for business reporting issues.
• Provide in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, and sophisticated reporting.
• Assess risk in business decisions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and firm policies.
• Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel regarding business processes.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Office Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL Server and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) and Fair Lending Reporting.
• Experience with iEmergent.
