About the Company

GITAI is a space robotics company working to reduce the cost of work in space by 100x. The company develops robotic systems for orbital, lunar, and defense applications, including tasks such as assembly, inspection, maintenance, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead equity financing strategy and execution for future financing rounds
• Build and manage a targeted investor map across VC firms, strategic investors, and family offices
• Activate an existing investor network to benefit GITAI immediately
• Own the equity story, pitch narrative, and financing materials including pitch decks and financial models
• Translate technical progress and robotics roadmaps into clear investment narratives
• Prepare the CEO for investor conversations and manage follow-ups
• Build company-level financial models connecting strategy, product roadmap, and capital needs
• Support capital allocation decisions and strategic partnerships
• Help build the finance function, including planning cadence and reporting structure

Requirements

• Direct experience raising equity capital inside a venture-backed startup at Series B or earlier
• Experience supporting or leading multiple financing rounds before Series B
• Deep understanding of the full financing process from targeting to closing
• A current investor network that can be useful to GITAI immediately
• Ability to absorb complex technical information and turn it into an investor narrative
• Strong judgment and ability to operate with incomplete information
• Comfort working directly with technical founders and engineering-heavy teams
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization

• Experience as a founder, founding team member, or early executive
• Strong curiosity toward robotics, space systems, and defense technology
