VP, Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by managing key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals while working with internal stakeholders
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and cross-selling bank products, including credit, trust, and cash management
• Perform detailed reviews of loan applications and cash management service agreements to ensure alignment with risk management standards
• Identify market trends and key segments to expand client portfolios and optimize revenue
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem-solving and high-level service
• Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and managing complex financial solutions
