VP, SBA Specialty Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex specialty finance deals and secure credit approvals
• Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
• Drive negotiations for complex transactions and serve as a primary client advocate
• Develop and implement market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify new opportunities
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to stay ahead of market trends and competition
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven expertise in deal structuring and complex credit risk assessment
• Strong proficiency in portfolio management and stakeholder management
• Advanced skills in negotiation and customer relationship building
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and industry-specific financial products
