VP, SBA Specialty Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bank growth through business development and management of key client relationships
• Structure complex specialty finance deals and secure credit approvals to optimize revenue
• Develop new business by contacting prospects and cross-selling products including credit, trust, and cash management
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues using strategic problem-solving
• Review loan applications and cash management agreements to ensure alignment with risk management standards
• Identify market segments and industry trends to expand client portfolios and drive strategic decision-making
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with high-value strategic clients by providing expert financial advice
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expert level proficiency in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship building
• Proven ability to manage sales metrics and drive revenue growth
