About the Company
Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World. World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. The TFH and World tech stacks make this possible through the Orb, World ID, and World App, adding a human layer to an AI-driven internet.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise opportunities from market mapping through negotiation and launch
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers across global enterprises
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, platform integrations, and multi-year enterprise contracts
- Drive adoption of World ID and proof-of-human products in high-utility environments
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Executive Leadership to bring new commercial opportunities to market
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership
- Proven track record of personally closing large, complex, and high-stakes enterprise deals
- Demonstrated ability to create markets and source opportunities rather than managing inbound demand
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience closing $1M+ ARR enterprise agreements
- Background in identity, cybersecurity, AI, fintech, or high-growth technology
- Existing network across major technology companies and financial institutions
