About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of sales enablement, including onboarding, continuous training, and sales methodology
- Develop a comprehensive enablement roadmap and content strategy aligned with revenue goals and market dynamics
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and maintain high-impact sales tools, playbooks, and messaging
- Oversee the strategy and optimization of the Revenue Enhancement Platform (REP) and call intelligence tools
- Deploy sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess productivity, pipeline health, and organizational effectiveness
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales enablement team
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership and a primary executive contact for the Sales Council
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience leading sales enablement or commercial effectiveness functions
- 10+ years of experience partnering with senior executives to drive organizational transformation
- 8-10 years of experience operating in high-growth, performance-oriented environments
- 8-10 years of experience in team management, including hiring and developing professionals
- 8-10 years of experience supporting initiatives that directly improve revenue or margin
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Expertise with sales enablement and CRM platforms such as Mindtickle and Highspot
- Experience with call intelligence platforms like Gong
- Experience managing or optimizing a Revenue Enhancement Platform (REP)
- Strong understanding of behavior-based analytics to improve sales outcomes
