VP, Sales, DR & Performance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, consultative direction to clients across various platforms to drive revenue and meet multimedia goals
• Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies to deliver market results
• Manage and develop the performance of Multimedia Account Executives and sales support staff
• Cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing key accounts and agencies
• Lead negotiations internally and externally to secure complex deals
• Collaborate with marketing, pricing, and planning teams to develop integrated packages for RFPs and client pitches
• Ensure seamless execution of buys and renewals with content, events, and league partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of sales or sales management experience
• 2+ years of multi-platform sales experience (Streaming/OTT, Audience/Advanced TV, Digital, and Linear)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, and travel nationwide as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior management and team leadership experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
