About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead three regional field sales teams across the U.S., providing directional guidance to Region Directors and their leadership teams.
  • Manage overall performance for assigned markets and regions, including competitive strategies for field sales and dealers.
  • Serve as the executive link between the SVP of Boost Sales, dealers, and field sales teams.
  • Direct programs, distribution optimization, and build planning to influence regional strategic partners and third-party distributors.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to the Corporate Team to shape Go-to-Market approaches.
  • Own overall sales performance for the assigned area, including all relevant OKRs, KPIs, and budget attainment for a 160+ person team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic dealer and distribution partners to align on strategy and execution.
  • Travel across assigned regions (minimum 2.5 weeks per month) to support field teams and lead from the front.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related work experience (or 14 years of sales management experience).
  • Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience at the Manager level.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory management experience at the Director level.
  • 10 years of account management and 10 years of direct or indirect sales experience.
  • 5 years of experience selling wireless products or services.
  • 5 years of experience in contract or vendor relationship management.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams with multiple management layers in a fast-paced environment.
