Responsibilities

• Partner inter-departmentally to create insights, sophisticated strategies, and innovative media plans
• Bring knowledge of the competitive landscape regarding data, research, and qualitative insights
• Compose briefs that inspire creative teams and facilitate brainstorms
• Direct the strategic development of client presentations and persuasive communications
• Drive the development of new insights and methodologies for cultural analysis
• Own the new business process from beginning to end, including strategic deliverables and workshops
• Partner with functional leadership to optimize opportunities across the client portfolio
• Build and maintain senior client and external agency relationships
• Manage growth and development of direct reports through performance reviews and L&D opportunities

Requirements

• 12-20 years of experience building brands at a top agency for Fortune 500 clients
• Experience understanding the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights, and digital behavior
• Ability to interpret qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral research data
• Strategic thinking with a balanced analytical and creative approach to integrated marketing
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and empower teams
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000—$235,000 USD
