VP, Production Quality

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Production Quality organization across plant quality, supplier quality, warranty, and customer experience
• Define and execute the Production Quality strategy aligned to business objectives
• Establish robust quality governance, KPIs, and decision-making forums
• Design and implement production quality processes within the Scout Motors Business Management System (BMS)
• Lead structured problem-solving to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty risk
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to embed quality into design and production
• Own supplier quality performance across a complex, multi-tier supply chain
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer by overseeing vehicle audits and warranty data
• Balance quality, cost, delivery, and risk with strategic and financial judgment

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in automotive production quality
• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role in an OEM
• Expertise in new product launches
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Deep expertise in setting up Production Quality processes
• Strong background in manufacturing quality, warranty management, and customer feedback integration
• Advanced capability in global supplier quality management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional organizations at a senior executive level
• Knowledge of data engineering, data analytics, and digital solutions for Data Driven Quality
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen
• Valid driver's license and passport required
