Responsibilities

• Drive execution across research, applied engineering, and platform teams
• Translate user and product signals into insights that inform research direction and prioritization
• Shape how world models are productized and understood through real-world behavior
• Bring structure and operating cadence to complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Identify leverage points where product or system changes unlock developer success
• Partner directly with customers and external developers through case studies and deep dives

Requirements

• Passion for frontier research and building in new domains like world models
• Proven track record of owning and shipping technically complex products end-to-end
• Ability to operate at the intersection of research, engineering, and real users
• Strong program management instincts to drive clarity and momentum
• Sharp product judgment and ability to defend strong opinions
• Capability to reason from ambiguous signals to clear decisions and priorities
