VP Product - Merchant Enablement

At ClarityPay, we're redefining the point-of-sale credit market to bring more value to merchants. Based in NYC and Atlanta, our fast-growing fintech empowers large merchants with configurable “Pay-Over-Time” tools— including monthly installments, BNPL, and revolving products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for merchant and platform integrations across embedded financing offerings
• Design integration solutions across multiple channels including hosted checkout, APIs, SDKs, plugins, and platform integrations
• Partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partnerships teams to support merchant evaluations and deal structuring
• Own product requirements, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with Engineering
• Use merchant feedback, integration data, and performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers focused on merchant and platform integrations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, lending, or embedded finance
• 5+ years owning integration-heavy products such as APIs, platforms, or merchant-facing solutions
• Strong understanding of merchant checkout, POS, or platform-based commerce workflows
• Proven experience designing MVPs and scaling products based on merchant adoption
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in POS financing, BNPL, or consumer installment lending
• Experience working with platform partners, marketplaces, or e-commerce ecosystems
• Strong grasp of API-first product design and developer experience best practices
• Experience leading teams in high-growth fintech environments
