About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to Business Unit Presidents and leadership teams to translate business strategy into product go-to-market plans.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the Business Unit portfolio to ensure a consistent narrative.
- Lead end-to-end product launch orchestration, including readiness, coordination, and execution alignment.
- Oversee the centralized Sales Enablement function to define strategy, roadmap, and the development of high-quality sales tools and training.
- Align marketing messaging with sales execution to drive measurable commercial outcomes, including conversion and win rates.
- Partner with centralized marketing and growth teams to activate shared capabilities and identify value creation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement by translating product and sales data into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market leadership, or related commercial roles.
- Proven expertise in leading complex product launches and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial dynamics, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience acting as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
- Proven track record of partnering with analytics and growth teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel programs.
