Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points through direct engagement
• Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful adtech products in a growth-stage environment
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias toward action
• Deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Strong analytical mindset using data to drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ad measurement
• Background in launching AI-driven or data-intensive products
