VP, Product Management - Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management for assigned commercial banking products from discovery through lifecycle management
• Partner with leadership to define and execute product roadmaps aligned to bank strategy and growth objectives
• Integrate AI-driven use cases into the long-term product vision
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform prioritization
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks
• Lead cross-functional execution with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing teams
• Manage third-party AI vendors and fintech partners
• Define product success metrics (KPIs) and monitor performance to drive data-driven decisions
• Partner with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience within banking or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury services, and financial technology products
• Ability to work with minimal direction under time pressures and changing priorities
• Passion for learning how technological systems, including AI, can enhance banking products
