VP, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on innovation and speed to market
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
• Communicate and evangelize the product roadmap to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Build deep client understanding through market research, customer interviews, and usage studies
• Partner with marketing to develop market positions and product promotion campaigns
• Manage a team of product analysts to drive results and ensure product excellence
• Ensure all product offerings remain compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 8-10 years of product management experience, ideally within institutional financial services
• Deep understanding of investment stewardship, proxy voting, or institutional product management
• Proven success managing complex products through their full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and requirements documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation and achieving measurable business outcomes
