VP Product

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the VPP in alignment with company goals
• Build, lead, and grow product management and product analytics teams of 10+ people
• Partner with technology and business leaders to shape company strategy and drive product outcomes
• Set direction for product decisions regarding asset control, forecasting, optimization, and market participation
• Drive product innovation and expansion into new countries, markets, and asset classes
• Expand the product analytics backbone to communicate metrics, experiments, and performance to stakeholders
• Champion the end-to-end customer experience for homeowners and partners
• Uphold high standards for product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement

Requirements

• 5+ years of significant product management experience building complex, technical products
• Proven leadership experience building and growing product and analytics teams
• Deep domain expertise in the flexibility space (VPP, HEMS, home battery/storage, or energy trading)
• Strong technical background with the ability to work deeply with engineers and data scientists on optimization and data systems
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scaleup environments
• Fluent English (C1 level); German language skills are a plus
