Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Product team
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Define product strategy and a 1-3 year product roadmap
• Lead the identification and validation of AI-first and AI-powered product opportunities
• Collaborate with Technology on data platform design and product design
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MLR impact
• Identify strategic areas for new investment and generate budget models

Requirements

• Based in Atlanta, GA
• 10+ years of experience in a product leadership role within healthcare technology
• Experience in risk-based VBC and health plan contract management or analytics
• Expertise in growth strategy and data strategy
• Proven success designing and executing SaaS and/or PaaS product roadmaps
• Experience in advanced healthcare analytics including episodic grouping methodologies
• Proven ability to ship AI/ML-powered product features in healthcare
• Fluency in payer-provider interoperability and data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience hiring and managing product managers and directors
• Track record of growing revenue through new-product execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with key ecosystem players like Epic, Redox, and Availity
• Experience collaborating effectively with hybrid and/or fully remote teams
