Responsibilities

• Define and scale the end-to-end operating system for materials trade through automated, AI-driven processes
• Build a unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, and supplier management
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows and predictive models
• Improve conversion, retention, and automation rates across the entire trade lifecycle
• Drive platform expansion across new regions, categories, and fulfillment modes

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-sided products with high operational dependencies
• Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
• Strong commercial intuition regarding pricing, supply/demand, and margin dynamics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite, high-accountability office environment
• Excellent communication skills to drive clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
