VP - Prime Relationship Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Present and pitch tailored financial products and services to meet client financial objectives.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of requests.
• Oversee transactional risk, platform transitions, and operational flows to mitigate risk and ensure seamless interactions.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda.
• Collaborate with research analysts and internal stakeholders to provide clients with market insights and updates.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to finalize sales transactions.

Requirements

• Expertise in market operations across F&O, OTC Clearing, FXPB, equities, or fixed income.
• Extensive experience with SWAP/Delta1 products.
• Proven experience in transactional risk management and oversight of daily client flows.
• Knowledge of STP trade processing rules and managing platform or product transitions.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for client and process optimization.
