VP, Platform Services

Responsibilities

• Define and operate enterprise-scale shared platforms, including digital capabilities, integration services, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Lead engineering excellence through CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering practices.
• Own the enterprise integration strategy, including API architecture and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Drive the development and implementation of a three-to-five-year technology roadmap.
• Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support growth.
• Manage operating expenses, budgets, and complex vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
• Build, mentor, and coach high-performing, empowered technical and operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and resilience of all platforms while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, specifically in shared platforms, infrastructure, and software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale platform ecosystems and driving digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in Cloud, DevOps, and APIs.
• Technical proficiency with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Pega, OpenText, MuleSoft, or GitHub.
• Expertise in GenAI-assisted software development pipelines.
• Strong track record of change leadership and managing complex organizational transformations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with all levels of senior leadership.
