VP, Planning

Responsibilities

• Provide communications planning leadership for multiple brands and oversee approximately 6-9 brands/sub-brands
• Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with senior-level clients
• Drive the creation and delivery of holistic communication and media plans
• Lead overarching strategic thinking to ensure media strategy aligns with client objectives
• Manage agency-client relationships and identify opportunities to grow business within current accounts
• Oversee staffing needs, including hiring, performance management, and professional development for planning teams
• Contribute to agency new business efforts and high-level presentations
• Ensure quality control over all strategy, implementation, and integration issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of marketing/communications planning experience
• Progressive experience in client management
• Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing and the luxury space
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple groups of planners, supervisors, and directors
• High-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
