Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
• Develop managers and leaders across the company to raise the overall quality of leadership.
• Own the People function, including HR business partnership, people operations, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Build the systems, processes, and tools required to support a rapidly growing and increasingly complex business.
• Lead the evolution of global workforce strategy, including international hiring, employment practices, and distributed team support.
• Ensure strong employment compliance and workforce governance across all operating jurisdictions.
• Partner with external legal and immigration experts to ensure responsible scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a People function through significant growth stages, partnering with founders and CEOs.
• Experience scaling teams and systems that support international growth and globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in core People programs: performance management, global compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to contribute to strategic organizational discussions.
• Experience building and leading high-performing People teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations.
