About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior business and digital leaders, aligning the people agenda with the digital transformation strategy.
  • Lead the design, definition, and deployment of the digital teams operating model to support agile, cross-functional ways of working.
  • Define and execute the digital capabilities development agenda, focusing on AI and emerging technologies for the entire organization.
  • Drive talent strategy, including strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development for digital teams.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones related to digital transformation and talent initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency across the P&O operating model and build the P&O digital community to accelerate capability building.
  • Promote a unified, inclusive "One Mars" culture across all digital and IT functions.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in People & Organisation (P&O) or Human Resources.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, IT operating models, and emerging technology capabilities.
  • Experience designing and deploying talent and leadership development programs for technology teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and change leadership skills.
