Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Nanit’s global people strategy and partner with executive leadership
  • Design and scale global people programs for engagement, recognition, and retention
  • Build and improve the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and performance
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning to enable effective scaling
  • Build and own global compensation and benefits philosophy and framework
  • Serve as the senior employee relations leader and coach managers
  • Oversee global HR operations, compliance, HRIS, and payroll
  • Lead annual performance management and compensation planning cycles
  • Lead the global talent acquisition function to build diverse, high-performing teams
  • Champion company culture and values as a trusted HRBP

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role at a high-growth tech company
  • Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries
  • Deep expertise in organizational design and workforce planning
  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits design
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people operations
  • Exceptional relationship building and influence skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to balance empathy with decision making
  • Ability to perform under high pressure and short timelines
