Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade. Through our B2B marketplace and AI-driven FleekSort model, we are digitizing the supply chain to make secondhand fashion the first choice and reduce landfill waste.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Fleek's operating system, including communication architecture and decision-making frameworks across London, Karachi, and Bangalore
- Build the people function from scratch, covering org design, compensation philosophy, and performance management
- Own talent density by setting hiring bars and investing in employee development
- Drive cultural coherence across multiple geographies and working norms
- Coach the founding team on organizational design and leadership development
- Build an AI-native people function that uses AI to create leverage across processes
- Close compliance and risk gaps across multiple jurisdictions
- Set the company's operating cadence and communication patterns
Requirements
- 7+ years of operating experience (Ops, Commercial, Product, Strategy, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a people function
- Non-traditional people background such as strategy, operations, or consulting
- Proven experience building a function from zero
- Experience operating across multiple geographies and cultures
- Deeply analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Hands-on and scrappy approach to building processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hyper-growth, post-Series B environments
- Ability to act as a strategic coach and thought partner to founders
