About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve a world-class partner ecosystem across the Americas, managing relationships with global system integrators, cloud providers, and ISVs.
  • Establish the AMER Partner & Alliances ecosystem vision and create go-to-market strategies by country, function, and industry.
  • Drive significant sales pipeline, targeting $200M+ in qualified annual pipeline and achieving high conversion rates.
  • Build and execute multi-year business plans with strategic implementation partners to achieve NNACV and co-sell targets.
  • Manage and grow internal teams to achieve specific targets related to partner sales, delivery, and practice growth.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Sales teams to integrate the partner ecosystem with Customer Success and sales goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner sales, specifically within a software/SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving software NNACV growth (35%+ YOY preferred).
  • Experience in strategic business planning with System Integrators and large consulting firms.
  • Strong P&L management experience.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline, originated, and co-sold NNACV with high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the structure and motivators of strategic consulting and systems integrator firms.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing internal teams.
  • Ability to inspire, attract, and retain top-tier talent.
