VP - OTC Sales

About the Company

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates, across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients to drive OTC crypto trading and fiat on/off ramp activity
• Identify and onboard new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase revenue
• Partner with clients to understand treasury, settlement, and liquidity needs
• Provide market intelligence, trade ideas, and execution support across spot, derivatives, and structured products
• Collaborate with internal trading, operations, compliance, and legal teams to deliver seamless workflows
• Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify product gaps

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in institutional sales or client coverage within crypto
• Direct experience in OTC and/or fiat on/off ramps
• Deep understanding of OTC crypto trading landscape and fiat infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, etc.)
• Proven track record of onboarding institutional accounts and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is highly preferred
• Understanding of operating within a regulated institution
