Responsibilities

• Implement workflow management tools like Asana and lead project management processes
• Facilitate enterprise-wide projects including QBRs, education sessions, and competitive reporting
• Provide ongoing support, training, and optimization for tools such as MediaTools and Ad Intel
• Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from various systems to power automation
• Drive financial processes and ensure budget accuracy and connectivity across teams
• Liaise with clients, agency partners, and vendors to optimize processes and audit against SLAs

Requirements

• Critical thinker focused on streamlining and standardizing systems
• Proven ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of success in project management
• Experience and working knowledge of media planning and buying
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
