Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the ERP transformation programme (Retail Express to Infor M3)
• Lead the delivery of the ecommerce platform transformation programme (Adobe Commerce to Shopify)
• Ensure operational stability of enterprise applications and engineering platforms
• Ensure technology programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and implementation vendors
• Deliver technology roadmaps in alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology delivery and transformation
• Experience overseeing software engineering and enterprise applications
• Ability to manage large-scale ERP and ecommerce migrations
• Strong leadership skills to manage engineering and core systems teams
• Experience in vendor and partner management
