VP of Strategic Fundraising & Global Finance

Responsibilities

• Design and execute institutional fundraising strategies across private equity, structured debt, and project finance
• Structure and optimize capital stacks for infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects
• Lead equity and debt negotiations with institutional investors, DFIs, and sovereign wealth funds
• Build and maintain relationships with international banks and multilateral lenders
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and transaction structuring
• Develop investor-ready pitch decks, private placement memoranda, and pro forma models
• Manage fundraising pipeline tracking through CRM platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or International Business
• 10+ years of experience in institutional fundraising or global project finance
• Demonstrated experience raising capital for infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing
• Deep understanding of project finance, PPP, and blended finance models
• Advanced financial modeling expertise including DCF, IRR, and NPV
• Proven experience negotiating with international stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with EXIM Bank, U.S. DFC, IFC, or World Bank
• Track record of closing $50M+ institutional transactions
• Background in managing cross-border capital risk and FX hedging
• Experience in clean energy or pharmaceutical infrastructure development
