About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing, dual-motion AE team split across new business and existing business
  • Own the full revenue number, including new ARR, expansion ARR, and net revenue retention
  • Architect and refine the GTM motion for both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand strategies
  • Drive new enterprise business by setting quotas and refining outbound and inbound motions
  • Oversee expansion and retention across existing accounts to ensure clear growth plans and ROI
  • Partner with Marketing to build and maintain a healthy pipeline and align on sourcing targets
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and relationship leader for C-suite stakeholders and strategic deals
  • Provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to the CRO with high operational precision

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 3+ years of senior sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record in both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand motions
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing AE teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Martech or Adtech industry
  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales playbooks from scratch
