About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operating model, establishing a single enterprise view of pipeline, forecast, risks, and deal execution
  • Lead global Sales Operations, including processes, tools, governance, and data integrity across CRM, quoting, and forecasting
  • Define and execute sales enablement strategy spanning onboarding, readiness, playbooks, and continuous capability development
  • Translate enterprise and Business Unit strategies into actionable sales plans, coverage models, and capacity plans
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and sales productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related fields
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale sales or GTM transformations
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical judgment
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field
  • Experience building disciplined operating rhythms across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics in sales or revenue environments
  • Track record of designing scalable operating models that improve revenue predictability
