Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales motion from early discovery to signed contract
  • Lead complex sales cycles with CFOs and finance leaders
  • Hire, coach, and manage the sales team while building a culture of high standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience selling ERP, accounting, or financial systems to mid-market or enterprise companies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience)
  • Strong operator capable of building sales structure and forecasting
  • Experience in early-stage companies
