About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead aggressive revenue growth by owning net-new ARR, renewal, and expansion targets
  • Build and refine scalable sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and account planning processes
  • Develop and lead a high-performing commercial organization of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Implement operating cadences and daily KPIs to track pipeline health and revenue performance
  • Elevate the sales narrative and messaging to sharpen differentiation and connect to customer pain points
  • Guide deal strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities to ensure market dominance
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure GTM cohesion and effective feedback loops

Requirements

  • 20+ years in sales leadership, including 10+ years at the VP/SVP level
  • Proven track record of scaling sales and account management teams in fast-growth software companies
  • Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder selling involving executives and technical buyers
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler
  • Mastery of forecasting discipline, pipeline governance, and structured deal inspection
  • Proficiency with modern revenue technology, including CRM and sales intelligence tools
  • Ability to work on-site 4 days a week at our Toronto Headquarters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure in public infrastructure, GovTech, Construction Tech, or AI-driven markets
