About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead aggressive revenue growth and own net-new ARR goals to build a predictable, repeatable sales engine.
  • Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and inspection cadences to drive predictability.
  • Build, hire, develop, and mentor a top-tier sales organization including AEs, BDRs, and sales leadership.
  • Create and refine sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and account segmentation to ensure alignment with market strategy.
  • Guide deal strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities to improve win rates.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive GTM execution and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, including 10+ years at the VP or SVP level.
  • Proven history of scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-growth software companies.
  • Expertise in navigating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving technical and executive buyers.
  • Deep proficiency with modern revenue stacks (CRM, Sales Intelligence, and Forecasting tools).
  • Mastery of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Ability to work on-site 4 days a week at our Toronto headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or exposure in public infrastructure, GovTech, or data/AI-driven markets.
  • Documented history of leading teams to exceed aggressive net-new ARR targets.
