VP of Sales

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CASABOT’s global commercial strategy and regional go-to-market plans
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales organization
• Drive pipeline creation, revenue growth, and own global revenue targets
• Leverage existing relationships to structure and close large strategic deals with real estate developers, TELCO operators, and system integrators
• Personally lead key strategic enterprise deals and maintain forecast accuracy
• Implement structured enterprise sales methodologies and repeatable processes

Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
• Strong background in smart home, building automation, or adjacent industries
• Proven experience working with real estate developers, TELCO operators, and system integrators
• Mastery of MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies
• Mastery of The Challenger Sale approach
• Demonstrated ability to close large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PropTech or IoT platform sales
• Experience selling infrastructure-level software or hardware platforms
• Experience in GCC, Europe, or other global markets
• Previous leadership experience in a startup or scale-up environment
