We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the entire customer life cycle
  • Lead the transformation of the GTM organization with SOTA AI tools and processes
  • Design and build the organizational structure of the RevOps function, hiring and developing a high-performing team
  • Own and evolve the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, CPQ, and integrations
  • Build and scale a best-in-class deal desk function in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance
  • Partner with CRO and CFO on sales forecasting, goal-setting, and performance management
  • Use data to drive strategic decisions and establish clear KPIs for pipeline health and productivity
  • Ensure data hygiene, process integrity, and compliance across GTM systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in scaling a hyper-growth startup B2B tech company
  • Track record of designing and scaling RevOps teams and infrastructure
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and related GTM tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting and sales analytics
  • Willingness to work in person at the office 4 days a week
