Responsibilities

• Shape product direction and own the product vision alongside the CEO and executive team
• Translate company strategy into an opinionated, well-sequenced product roadmap
• Lead and grow a team of 6 Product Managers
• Develop a deep understanding of how founders and early-stage companies manage money, time, and risk
• Prototype, pressure-test, and iterate alongside design and engineering teams
• Set the tempo for the product organization to create pace and urgency
• Contribute to company-wide decisions including go-to-market and hiring strategy
• Enable the team by hiring well and developing strong product thinkers

Requirements

• Experience launching 0 to 1 product builds with meaningful customer impact
• Proven track record leading product at a high-growth startup
• Hands-on approach to building, including prototyping and writing specs
• Deep empathy for the challenges faced by founders and early-stage companies
• Ability to communicate with clarity and conviction to align stakeholders
• High level of craft and attention to detail in product design and interaction
