Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and vision to define a clear, compelling product direction
• Translate business goals into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap
• Drive product development across core experiences including trading flows, onboarding, and discovery
• Build and lead the product team by hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing Product Managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and CX teams
• Develop deep user and market insight through qualitative and quantitative research

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience
• Significant experience leading product at early-stage or high-growth startups
• Track record of building exceptional consumer or fintech products
• Experience scaling product functions in fast-moving environments
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering and design teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with finance, markets, trading products, crypto, or DeFi
• Deep curiosity about prediction markets and incentives
