VP of Product, Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and execution of the Healthcare roadmap across care delivery, health data, and payments platforms.
• Own the long-term EMR strategy, evolving Maven's clinical workflow tooling into an AI-native system of record.
• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Maven's payments platform, including adjudication and reconciliation.
• Lead the Data Platform strategy to ensure a scalable foundation for clinical, commercial, and operational priorities.
• Support the delivery of measurable clinical outcomes by partnering with Program leads across fertility, maternity, and pediatrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers operating at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
• Design and deliver products for an AI-native organization, ensuring safe and efficient AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or portfolios in digital healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven experience building and rolling out AI-native products for large-scale teams.
• Experience building healthcare benefits products and provider-facing clinical workflow products.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage complex cross-functional roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience engaging stakeholders in sales, operations, clinical, and external healthcare institutions.
