Responsibilities

• Own the B2B Wealth Platform Roadmap and define strategic direction for the institutional partner ecosystem
• Identify emerging opportunities in wealth infrastructure, AI-enabled advisory, and institutional investing
• Build scalable capabilities for investment products, portfolio analytics, and advisor tools via modular APIs
• Translate complex investment workflows, such as portfolio construction and trading, into software specifications
• Lead the development of developer-friendly, API-driven infrastructure for partner integration
• Partner closely with engineering and AI teams to design and ship complex technical products
• Serve as a strategic counterpart to institutional partners to shape joint platform initiatives
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, and AI teams

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience across engineering, product management, and platform leadership
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale financial or technology platforms
• Proven ability to define product vision and influence executive stakeholders
• Experience working with UI/UX teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive products
• Deep comfort working with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and platform design
• Experience building product operating models in high-growth environments
• Strong strategic judgment and willingness to dive into technical details

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial infrastructure
• Experience building digital wealth platforms, portfolio management systems, or fintech infrastructure products
