VP of Paid Media

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for growth and ROAS across all paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and ChatGPT Ads
• Own the entire paid customer journey from ad creative and audience targeting to landing pages and lifecycle follow-up
• Build, test, and codify a repeatable system for launching and scaling channels
• Set the creative and testing roadmap through disciplined experimentation
• Define analytics and attribution standards, including KPIs and dashboards
• Stay on the leading edge of paid channels, ad formats, and AI tooling

Requirements

• 10+ years in paid marketing
• Experience managing million-dollar monthly paid budgets
• Deep expertise in Google and Meta
• Fluency across TikTok and emerging paid channels
• Proven ability to own the full funnel from ad to landing page to lifecycle
• Strong bias toward building systems and testing playbooks
• AI-forward approach to creative output and analysis
• Excellent communication and influence skills
