VP of Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operations strategy for WMFTS USA to ensure alignment with global and divisional priorities.
• Provide executive oversight across logistics, inventory, manufacturing, application engineering, technical services, and customer service.
• Drive enterprise-wide performance and transformation initiatives, focusing on shipping backlog elimination and on-time delivery.
• Own the Operations P&L, managing cost structures, productivity, and working capital to drive margin improvement.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including S&OP, demand planning, and warehouse optimization.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean/CI initiatives.
• Build and lead high-performing, scalable teams and develop future leadership through effective succession planning.

Requirements

• Executive leadership experience across operations, customer service, supply chain, and technical services.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and managing complex cost structures.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives and multi-functional organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working within Life Sciences or Process Industries environments.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant business or technical field.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in customer-facing operational roles.
