VP of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practices to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Lead, coach, and mentor department heads and managers to build a high-performing team
• Monitor operational performance using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Identify operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and billing
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and talent development
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data
• Ability to travel to designated offices within the state (specifically Ohio) and occasionally to NY headquarters
