VP of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practices, optimizing resource allocation and workflow
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Lead, coach, and mentor department heads and managers to build a high-performing operations team
• Monitor operational performance using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Manage financial performance by analyzing reports and working with revenue cycle teams to maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and health and safety protocols
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation and business continuity plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in multi-site dental practice management or operations (DSO experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and people management
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze operational data
• Ability to travel across the Pennsylvania territory and to the NY headquarters as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant business field
• Extensive experience within a mid-sized dental group or DSO environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
