VP of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global marketing strategy, aligning PR, Content, Design, Events, and Demand Gen with company revenue targets
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) and product marketing efforts, developing value propositions and sales enablement tools
• Manage lead generation and pipeline growth to ensure a consistent flow of MQLs for global sales teams
• Oversee the global marketing budget and allocate resources across various regions and channels
• Lead and scale a global marketing department, managing teams of 20+ people including other managers and remote teams
• Maintain global brand identity through thought leadership, PR, and industry events while supporting localized execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AdTech marketing
• Proven experience in global team leadership, specifically managing teams of 20+ people
• Experience operating in high-growth environments with complex, technical products
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to both internal stakeholders and industry audiences
