Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive quality vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and lead high-performing quality teams in the US and China
• Implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS)
• Define quality metrics and drive data analytics for performance monitoring
• Direct sustaining engineers to solve ongoing problems and conduct failure analysis
• Hold manufacturers and suppliers accountable to key quality metrics
• Own end-of-line testing processes to ensure device coverage and reliability
• Support compliance efforts through the development of regulatory dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or Supply Chain
• 12+ years of experience in quality engineering and sustaining roles
• Experience with consumer electronics or kitchen appliances preferred
• Proven track record in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and Asia-based contract manufacturers
• Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboard development

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA
